🙄FIX YOUR BUZZERS TRANZURBAN🙄 - Complaint & photo sent via Metlink website Feedback:

A lady sitting in front of me had missed her Stop, due to the buzzer next to her did not work. I pushed buzzer next to me (for her) - it did not work. By the time I pushed the buzzer on pole to the left beside me - she had missed her Stop.

She was able bodied but what if it was someone with an injury, on crutches (a lady was on crutches a few weeks ago) etc.

I was tempted to test how many other buzzers did not work on that bus 🤔🧐 but I didn't 😏😄

💥💫I QUESTIONED WHY BUS ISN'T KNEELING ....especially for the elderly💥💫

💫He said he can't because it doesn't work THEN told me not to worry about it, I said well there should be a sign then (the bus broken can't kneel)

💫THEN he said before I decided to begin filming, he said: "just do your job" and he said to me "don't worry about our job" .....then I began to film 🎥

- so told me not to think basically
- told me also not to speak 😄
- not to film HIM in public
- and to get off the bus, for......being concerned older people are struggling to board and disembark, for speaking and for filming in public when there are about 5 CCTV camera's on board.

Should it become mandatory to kneel public buses for every bus user, as the only way for bus drivers to lower it for our elderly?
