The countdown is officially on! In exactly two weeks, we will be joining at The Arts Centre and Altiora for the ultimate Two weeks to go until the Gluten Free Food Market! ✨

We are already behind the scenes prepping and hand-rolling thousands of cheese breads to ensure nobody leaves hungry. Trust us, you’ll want to come with an empty stomach because this market is going to be massive: complete with a gluten-free bar and the best food trucks lined up down Engineering Laneway.

Day 5 !!!

Camila on part time, Luca and Zuzu on cleaning the factory!! 🧽 🫧

One more day and things are slowly getting there...

So
Much
Dust
😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️

But now we have a usable toilet!! 🚽
And the drain is accutally not smelling so bad anymore!!

And the drain is only working just fine, we have sinks we can use, all thanks Luca lv1 pvc skills. 🧑‍🔧 🪠

Very soon we will be moving in!! 🚚

We are thrilled to announce that Koé Cheese Bread will be part of the major Gluten Free Food Market organized by !

Mark your calendars for Sunday, June 21st. Imagine an entire festival where you don't have to read a single label, worry about cross-contamination, or ask "Is this safe?". A complete paradise for coeliacs and gluten-free foodies!

This 100% coeliac-safe event will feature specialized vendors, amazing food trucks, and even a dedicated gluten-free bar!

We will be there with our ovens on high heat, serving your favorite golden, crispy, and authentic pão de queijo, savory sausage rolls, and gourmet stuffed sandwiches. 🧀

You asked for it...

So we did it! We bought a machine!!!!

The rolling-by-hand days are counted! Now, we just need to clean it, learn how it works, send test batch of cheese bread to the lab to make sure there's no gluten and then actually start using it 😬😬
