I ventured out to Waiheke Resources Trust & Sustainability Centre yesterday to catchup and help out at Kai Cafe.
What an awesome event, one that is centered on community getting stuck in, helping out prepping food, cooking and sharing a meal together.

This needs to be happening more in other communities!
It's put on every Friday and open to everyone of all ages.

On top of this I got to meet and share a conversation with marta fisch.
