May is Mental Health Awareness Month — and most of what we’ll see this month is bright colors, hopeful quotes, and reminders that “you are not alone.”
All of it matters. But before we get to the hope, we need to look at the data — specifically the data about the children and young people we work with.
Because awareness without honesty is just a hashtag.
The numbers in this post aren’t here to overwhelm.
They’re here to show why the work of teachers, social workers, psychologists, coaches, and community workers has never been more critical.
Save this. Share it with your team.
And come back next week — because the good news is out there too (luckily!), and it starts with us.
Which number stood out most to you? 👇
