Stylish Travel Tips - with Kids

It's been a while since I posted anything here. The past 3 months I stayed on sunny Curacao with my boyfriend and 2 daughters and it was fantastic!

In the coming time I'm going to share all the tips with you. The first blog about Curacao is an interview with Rinkje from thetraveliciousfamily. She gives a sneak preview (see link below) of what "Dushi Curacao" has to offer and how versatile this island is with its hospitality, colored houses, white sandy beaches and delicious climate:

Good to know when you still want to book this summer your holiday to the sun, Santorini is 100% safe and Covid-19 free! This makes it the perfect destination for travel in the coming months during and after the virus.

Covid-19 update: STAY POSITIVE, a personal note from me.

It's been a while since I posted something because I didn't think it was appropriate to post something about traveling when the whole world is pretty much locked up and a lot of people are suffering from the Corona crisis.

Here in the Netherlands we are in an "intelligent" lockdown since March 16th. We are still allowed to go outside, but with an appropriate distance to each other, and all schools, restaurants and public places are closed.
The worst part is that you can't see your loved ones and you don't know how long it will take, but one thing I have learned lately and that is to appreciate what you do have 😀

So I enjoy spending time with my family (boyfriend and 2 little daughters) and of the spring that is coming 🌷

I'm hopeful when I see how we all want to fight this battle all over the world and look forward to the summer in a positive way. I am convinced that we should do this together and look forward to a better world 🙏🏼 I am curious how you will deal with this and how you see the future?

On this picture I am 38 weeks pregnant, not knowing that my daughter would be born 10 days prematurely.

I look back on a very fine pregnancy without any problems and I am grateful that I felt so good during the whole pregnancy.

This picture was taken on the heath, not far from my hometown where I was born and raised in the beautiful called "Twente" area in the east of the Netherlands.

I am still officially on maternity leave, but secretly started working again. Curious how everyone is doing and where everyone is now in this beautiful world?

Did you know that you can also visit the famous Dutch flower fields in August and September? During this period the fields are covered with Dahlias flowers 🌺.
I love this season, because it is less crowded than in spring, the weather is still nice and the fields are in full bloom 🌸.
We are staying in a super cute wooden Huisje van Hout in Noordwijk en Drenthe in Noordwijk aan Zee, and just 10 minutes away from this FAM Flower Farm field 🌷.
Once you make an appointment with FAM Flowerfarm you get the secret address where you have to go. Like this you have the flower field almost for yourself ☺️

The Dominican Republic was always my favourite destination when I was a flight attendant at TUI.

After seeing these pictures I want to go back again with my little girl and enjoy the white beaches of this tropical Island 💙
