UNVEILING THE COVENANT HIGHWAYS OF LIFE (Part 3) - with Bishop David Oyedepo.

SHILOH 2022 - 2ND ENCOUNTER NIGHT
Bible Text: Hebrews 9:1-4

All things are freely available to those who engage the requirements of the covenant (Dan. 11:32, Isaiah 5:13).
The secret of the Lord is with those who fear God (Psalms 25:14).
The knowledge of the covenant is key to fulfilling our enviable and glorious destiny (Jer. 33:20-21).
When God's covenant is in force, no apostolic prayer can break it.

It's time to take responsibility for what to do to make the covenant work in our lives.

THE FAITH COVENANT.
Everything about our life in this kingdom demands faith (James 1:6-7).
Nothing in the kingdom delivers without faith. That's why faith has always been under attack from the devil from generations to generations (Luke 22:31-32).
If the devil gets hold of your faith, he has defeated you in battle (Luke 18:8).
Faith will be under attack till Jesus comes. But you can be in command if you keep walking in faith.

COVENANT HIGHWAYS are not promises but are God's sworn verdicts concerning various aspects of our lives (Hebrews 6:15-18, Genesis 22:16-18).

A Covenant is all about God saying: here are your birthrights but here's what you need to engage to manifest it (Ezekiel 37:10).

Faith is a universal currency that holds the same value in all nations of the earth. When we truly believe, we have committed God to make it happen.

WHY IS THE DEVIL AFTER OUR FAITH?

1. It takes Faith to be saved.

2. It takes Faith to live an overcomer's life.

3. It takes Faith to quench all fiery darts of the enemy.

But the devil has lost the battle over your life. AMEN! Jude1:3.

Faith works in every generation (Hab 2:4).

WHAT IS FAITH?

1. Faith is not a religious doctrine, but a mystery of the Kingdom (1Tim 3:9). Every truth in Scriptures we truly believe, provokes the Hand of God to bear for delivery/performance (Luke 1:45, 1Kings 8:15, Isaiah 53:1, Acts 19:11).
It is God behind the scene that makes faith a mystery (Luke 10:4-5).
The God factor is what makes faith a mystery (Daniel 3:20-23).

2. Faith is a spiritual force that establishes our active partnership with the invisible God, thereby empowering us to command the impossible (2Cor. 5:7, Hebrews 11:24-29).
Faith sees the visibility of the invisible God.
God is as real to a faith-filled man as his flesh.
It is partnership with the invisible God that enables us to command the impossible.

GOD IS REAL - only the eyes of faith can see Him. You can't see God with you and still be afraid (Psalms 24:7). Impossible doors open to anyone who can see the invisible God through the eyes of faith. This is what makes faith our access to the world of unlimited possibilities (Mark 9:23, John 11:39-40).

Faith is not waiting for God to work, but putting God's word to work to make do His promises. Faith without motion will never deliver.

3. Faith is being fully persuaded of the truth, prevailing circumstances notwithstanding (Romans 4:17-21).
Faith carries a creative force with it as drawn from the word that we believe.

4. Faith allays all fears (Mark 4:40, Heb. 4:10). Faith in scriptures puts you at rest (Exodus 14:14). The authentic Biblical proof of true faith is REST, tension -free life.
God never leads backwards, He leads forward.

DECLARATION: You are scaling a higher height. Amen!

Faith is still in force. Even till today. You can't receive answered prayers without faith. You can't be saved without faith. The mystery of Faith is still in command till today. There's no irreversible case with faith. The Word works and faith is what makes it's work.


WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR MY FAITH TO WORK?

1. Recognize that faith is a personal asset of every believer (Hab. 2:4, Rom. 1:17, Hebrews 10:38, Gal 3:13).
It is our personally-built faith that works. Nobody else's faith is responsible for your own faith (Mark 6:5-6). Even when you're prayed for, without faith, nothing happens (Isaiah 51:1-2, Romans 4:20). Another man's unbelief cannot make your faith of no effect. You must be personal in your walk with God or you won't go far.

2. The faith that works is Word-triggered faith. Faith without its anchor on God's Word will not deliver (Romans 4:18).
Any faith outside God's Word is fake (Acts 8:30).
When you understand the Word, your faith comes alive. The Word is the only authentic source of the faith that works.

3. Heart-rooted Faith (Romans 5:5, Hebrews 4:2, Romans 10:10, Mark 11:23, Proverbs 4:23).

4. Love-boosted Faith (Gal. 5:6). Faith works by love, else there's no profit (1Corinthians 13:1). Faith delivers to the level of our love for God. The wonders of life are reserved for only God lovers (1Cor. 2:9). What works is God at the center of your life. Let your love for God come alive afresh and your faith will start working like fire (Daniel 3:28, Daniel 6:10-22, Romans 8:36).
Love-boosted faith will always deliver under all circumstances.

5. Action-driven faith (James 2:18, Genesis 17:23). The faith that works is the action-driven faith. Move or it's lost. It's time to wake up and take responsibility.

DECLARATION: Your faith will not fail again. Amen!

6. Offence-free faith (Luke 17:1, Matthew 11:6). John the Baptist was offended in Christ and lost his place. If you are offended in your helper, where will your help come from? Refuse to be offended in Christ. God is never to blame for where we find ourselves today (Job 34:30-32).

GOD IS NEVER TO BLAME FOR THE ISSUES AROUND MY LIFE. I REFUSE TO BE OFFENDED IN GOD.

7. Bold-speaking Faith. What you don't declare boldly, God will not make happen openly (Acts 14:3, Ephesians 1:21, Mark 8:38).

SUMMARY: These are not all but are vital tenets that will deliver. They may laugh and mock, but God must confirm.

Bible Text: Isaiah 55:8-9.

† The Bible is the container of the highways of God.

† Any faith that seeks to make God absolutely responsible is an absolutely irresponsible faith.

† As free as salvation is, if you do not repent, you cannot be saved.

† The Bible is a book of what to do, not just what to read.

† The Bible is God's manual ordained for our profitable living.

† A revelation of the Covenant is the highest form of revelation in the kingdom.

† The Bible will only deliver to doers.

† What you don't know, you don't know.

† What you will not learn, you cannot know.

† What you don't know, you will suffer for it.

† To move further, you must know further.

† Every true revelation of the truth is a spiritual breeding ground for a revolution.

† Every truth encountered today will show tomorrow, and it keeps showing in phases (Prov. 6:18).

† No apostolic prayer can supersede an encounter.

† For every provision of the Kingdom, there are conditions for delivery. Don't just be interested in the provisions, be committed to the instructions (Deut. 28 : 1).

† Any time you don't choose the truth, you have chosen trials and defeat.

† It is access to divine secrets that makes stars in the Kingdom (Dan. 2:19, 46, Isa. 60:1).

† There is no discrimination in revelation.

† All the troubles around you can be deflated by your access to Light.

† Information goes to an information bank, but revelation transforms your life (Col. 2:9-10).

† You are empowered to manifest any truth you can receive and believe.

† Growing in revelation demands putting what is revealed to work.

† If you don't do what God has commanded now, you are not entitled to the next instruction.

† You either put the revelation received to work, or you will lose them.

Covenant Responsibilities to Access Revelation:

1. The fear of God as a lifestyle (Matt. 5:6, Ps. 25:14).
- The fear of God is capital access to His revelation.

2. Engage the power of the Holy Ghost. (John 16:13).
- You can have access to some things but you cannot gain access to all things without the help of the Holy Spirit.

3. Be committed to studying the Scriptures (2 Tim. 2:15).
- To keep flying, you must keep fueling yourself with the Word.
- When things are not working, instead of sleeping on them, go for the required light.

4. Engage the prayer altar for access to light (Jer. 33:3).

5. Stay joyful (Ps. 16:11).
- You cannot access revelation and maintain the flow without joy.
- All champions are made from challenges, therefore stay joyful.

6. Continue to put what has been revealed to work (Isa.12:11, Psa. 16:11).
- If you don't do what God has commanded now, you are not entitled to the next instruction.
