Companies can now begin to Operate once they, meet the Requirements below:

1. APPLICATION TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT FOR PERMIT

2.RIDERS MUST UNDERGO DSS PROFILING

3.RIDER MUST HAVE A VALID RIDERS LICENSE,

4.MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION RIDERS PERMIT.

5.SECURITY CODED REFLECTIVE VEST

6.JOINT TAX BOARD (ROAD TAX)

7. *GOVERNORS LETTER OF CONSENT, ISSUED BY THE COMMISSIONER FOR TRANSPORTATION*
