Dear Valued Merchant,

Payment-on-delivery parcels designated for terminal pickup shall henceforth be collected only from our wholly owned distribution centres. We can no longer engage third-party agents to handle payment-on-delivery parcels due to the complexities involved.

Prepaid parcels remain unaffected and will continue to be routed to the nearest delivery agents for pickup.
