We are expanding and seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales, Marketing & Promotion Manager to join our team.

Position: Sales, Marketing & Promotion Manager

Location: Kaduna Central Market
Reports to: Group Executive Management

Responsibilities

Drive sales targets and revenue growth across all subsidiaries.

Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions.

Supervise and train sales, distribution, and delivery teams.

Conduct competitor analysis and adjust pricing/promotion strategies.

Manage brand visibility, promotional campaigns, and partnerships.

Oversee Ubawa Express deliveries and Ubawa Transport operations.

Coordinate FMCG stock promotions under Ubawa Global Ventures.

Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and business forums.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales/marketing reports.

Daily Activities

Morning team briefings, sales reviews, and target setting.

Supervision of shop promotions, market visits, and client engagement.

Afternoon delivery coordination, logistics management, and reporting.

Evening compliance checks, management updates, and planning.

Requirements

Minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 3–5 years experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG/logistics management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of Kaduna market trends and distribution channels is an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing and reporting tools.
