Yesterday was about planting seeds.

As part of our International Women’s Day outreach, the women of Falcon Aerospace spent time with female students at the Murtala Muhammed Airport School sharing stories of growth, courage, and the possibilities that open up when you believe in your potential.

There were questions, conversations, and moments of curiosity as we spoke about leadership, ambition, and carving out your own path.

In the spirit of Give to Gain, we gave our time, experiences, and encouragement and gained something just as powerful: the chance to inspire the next generation of young women.

The Women of Falcon Leadership and Capacity Building Program was a huge success.

The roundtable Conversation featured inspirational leaders, idea merchants, and culture shapers who are passionate about giving back.

We are Hiring: Captain – Hawker Fleet

As Captain, you will assume full command responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the Hawker aircraft. You will lead the flight crew, ensure strict adherence to regulatory and company standards, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience consistent with private aviation best practices.

Qualifications:
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
- Current Hawker Type Rating (mandatory).
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of NCAA regulations and international flight operations standards.
- Demonstrated command experience on business jets (Hawker experience preferred).
- Proven leadership, situational awareness, and decision-making capability.
- Excellent CRM (Crew Resource Management) and communication skills.
- High professional integrity and safety-first mindset.
