🌟 Uthman Abdulazeez: A Journey of Dedication and Growth at ThinkBikes 🌟
Embarking on his industrial training journey at ThinkBikes, Uthman Abdulazeez, a student from Adekunle Ajasin University, demonstrated exceptional dedication and enthusiasm that left an indelible mark on our team.
Four months prior to his starting date, Uthman submitted his application, not knowing that he wouldn't be part of the current batch. However, his passion for electronics and background in physics and electronics caught our attention during a phone interview and a spot was reserved for him.
He was then assigned to the electronic section, handling crucial components like batteries, controllers, BMS, chargers, and troubleshooting, Uthman seamlessly integrated into the team. What stood out was his eagerness to assist in other departments, participating in the fabrication and installation of bicycles, showcasing his commitment beyond expectations.
A pivotal moment occurred when he enthusiastically joined the effort to install solar panels, without being asked joined the team on the roof contributing to our commitment to transitioning to 100% renewable and clean energy for our production.
Uthman's reliability, honesty, punctuality, and eagerness to contribute didn't go unnoticed. He became an integral part of the team, and it reached a point where his dedication blurred the lines between him and our full-time employees.
His hunger for knowledge extended beyond personal growth; Uthman facilitated his colleagues' industrial training with us, fostering a positive learning environment. Notably, he joined ThinkBikes not as a master of all skills but with a desire to learn, bringing his A-game to the table.
As he concludes his industrial training, we are immensely proud of Uthman's impact. We've assured him of a permanent position after graduation, acknowledging his outstanding contributions.
Inspired by Uthman's success, ThinkBikes is extending its volunteer and industrial training programs to those passionate about developing skills in e-mobility or related fields. If you share a similar enthusiasm for fabrication/mechanical work, content creation, accounting, video editing, electrical and electronics, report writing, or other relevant skills, we encourage you to apply. We are particularly interested in applications from females, and all engagements are physical, with a duration of 5 months to 1 year.
