Following the last video we made on volumetric weight, here are the answers to some frequently asked questions we’ve gotten so far

1. If the Volumetric weight of my package is lower than the actual weight, would I be still be charged based on volumetric weight?
Answer: No you’ll be charged with actual weight if it’s higher than volumetric, volumetric weight is used when the space occupied by your package is higher than the actual weight.

2. What unit do I measure my package dimensions in?

You measure in centimetres

3. What is the formular for calculating volumetric weight?
Answer: Length of package X Width of package X Height of package divided by 5000

L X W X H / 5000
