MEET THE NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT, AIRLINE OPERATORS OF NIGERIA
Alhaji Dr. Abdulmunaf Yunusa Sarina is an Ardent, Astute and Compassionate Business Man born to a humble Family of Entrepreneur in Southern Part of Kano State Nigeria in 1957
He followed the path of his late father at a tender age with unquenchable zeal after realising that he wanted to be Self Sufficient and Independent Entrepreneur.
He has been able to achieve his clear vision of Mentoring and Empowering the Youths to attain their potential by creating several job opportunities through his chain of businesses under the name AZMAN.
He expanded his business interest into the highly-competitive aviation sector by establishing Azman Air Services Limited in 2010. The Fastest growing airline began commercial operations with 2 Aircraft in 2014 with its first commercial flight from the Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano to the Murtala Mohammed Airport Terminal 2 in Lagos on May 15, 2014.
Despite the Challenges in the Nigerian Aviation Sector, Azman Air under the guidance of Alhaji Dr. Abdulmunaf Yunusa Sarina have been able steer clear of the impediments to carving a niche for itself by consistently providing Safe, Affordable and Reliable Flight Services in Nigeria and beyond with its fleet of 8 Aircraft.
Azman Air is at the advance stage of acquiring 5 narrow body next year to cater for under-served and less passengers traffic routes.
Alhaji Dr. Abdulmunaf Yunusa Sarina has won the admiration of many based on the impact of his Humanitarian and Entrepreneurial activities in the country, as well as his contributions to the development of the Aviation, Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Healthcare and Educational sectors.
He was elected as the President of Airline Operators of Nigeria September 16th 2020 after being a Member for many years. The Association is confident that it is well deserved honor and the new era will usher in good tidings leveraging on his exemplary leadership skills.
