The successful candidate will actively engage customer prospects and deliver tailored solutions that support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Professionally present, promote, and sell Nekkov services to existing and prospective customers using sound sales strategies

β€’ Prepare, manage, and submit accurate quotations and sales documentation

β€’ Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term business and customer relationships

β€’ Proactively resolve customer queries, challenges, and complaints to ensure optimal satisfaction

β€’ Consistently achieve agreed sales targets and performance outcomes within set timelines

β€’ Collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments to support sales initiatives

β€’ Provide management with regular reports on customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for new services

β€’ Drive continuous improvement through performance feedback and professional development

Minimum Requirements
β€’ Proven experience as a Sales Representative (minimum 5 years)
β€’ Strong working knowledge of MS Office
β€’ Practical experience in Airfreight, Road Freight, Ocean Freight, and exposure to the Oil & Gas sector
β€’ Highly motivated, target-driven individual with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales results
β€’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
β€’ Strong planning, prioritization, and time management abilities
β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain professional business relationships
β€’ Open to feedback with a commitment to continuous
improvement
