Service Interruption: iWay Email Service

Telecom Namibia wishes to inform iWay customers that some email services are currently experiencing intermittent access and slow performance.

The disruption stems from recent power-related incidents that affected systems hosting the iWay platform.

While several service components have been restored, others remain under recovery as our technical teams continue working to fully stabilise the platform.

Further updates will be communicated once restoration is complete.
