1. All sales are final.

All ready stock, transaction is base on first come first serve basis while stock last. Once order confirmed, we request FULL payment to proceed the order. Payment is made by online transfer or bank in to my bank account & details will be provided thru email. Please email us the proof of payment in order for us to acknowledge the receipt of your payment.

2. We will deliver your items within 2 -

3 days after cleared payment.

3. Once the order payment have been made, we do not accept any cancellation of any orders"!

4. Goods are fully checked & packed in good condition before being shipped out. It takes about 1 - 3 working days deliver to your doorstep. Free pos laju shipping to all orders within Peninsular Malaysia but not including East Malaysia.

5. We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company. If further proof is needed, we will provide you the tracking number with the shipment details thru email or sms.

6. For Pre-Order, we take 60% deposit at the time of order and the balance can be paid once the item has arrived.

7. If the item you ordered is not available or out of stock, we will issue you a full refund within 48 hours.

8. No change of item once payment has been made.

9. Please allow estimated waiting time of 4 - 5 weeks (from your 60% payment cleared date) for us to receive the goods. If however, you need the item urgently, please let me know and i will try to make the necessary arrangement with additional shipping charge.

10. Balance amount is to be paid when item arrive from USA and before shipping out to you. Please make balance payment within 1 week of item arrival, otherwise i will consider it as order cancellation and any deposit is non refundable or will be forfeited.

11. Items sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.

12. For cancellation, refund only applicable on Pre-Order item for out of stock circumstances.
