1. Customer FIRST, but customer is not the god. Seller and buyer are on the same level. Don't call me boss, call me bro.

3. Negotiate may applicable but not in all case.
4. Items will be delivered according to the postage fees charged by Pegasus Auto Diecast.
5. Reserved is applicable for 2 days. After 2 days (48 hrs), reserved item will be reopen for public.
6. Deposit must be made for every confirmation/booking of item(s):
- Ready stock/Pre-order RM10 (1:64), RM30 (1:43), Rm80 to RM100 (1:18)
- Special request/special item (which is rare in the market)* start from min. RM70 onwards**

*custom request that involve shipping from overseas) will be charged according to the rarity of item)
**deposit will be charged 10% of the (total) price of the item(s).

7. For items from overseas, fully refund will only be applicable if the item(s) is delayed more than 2 month after the promised arrival time and if you don't want the item anymore. Not including your delay payment of balance. **It will be a rare case.**
8. Delay of payment more than 3 weeks (maximum) after arrival of item will be charged extra 10%. **unless installment is being applied at the beginning of deal**
9. Installment is allowed for maximum 3 months with minimum pay RM250 per month. Delay of payment more than 1 weeks (maximum) after installment's expiry date will be charged extra 10%.
10. Cancellation (of booking):
Deposit will be confiscated according to term no.6. There is no tolerance to any refund when your cancellation is made without any mistake made by Pegasus Auto Diecast's team. Your commitment doesn't make your cancellation sound reasonable to claim back your deposit. We are not resposible for your other commitment when you are not take our commitment of service into consideration. When we give you some tolerance, please respect our service as well. Why should we think on behalf of you, when you just solely taking the deal not serious without thinking on our side?

11. Any religion, politics or any sensitive issue/commitment must be avoid, must not be carried into and will be ignored during the deal.
12. Hobby is made to be fun without constraints.
