💼 Customer Service Executive
⏰ 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Friday)
📍 Kota Bayuemas Pendamar, Klang
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Customer Service
• Experience in Sea Freight and/or Air Freight
• Familiar with Import & Export shipments
• Good understanding of FCL / LCL
• Familiar with shipping terms such as FOB, EXW, CIF, etc.
• Able to handle and follow up shipments independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to communicate with customers, shipping lines, co-loaders, transporters, agents and internal operation teams
• Able to handle shipment delays, documentation issues and other operational problems
• Responsible, detail-oriented and strong in follow-up
• Able to manage multiple shipments and prioritise urgent cases
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries and shipment arrangements
• Coordinate bookings and shipment schedules
• Monitor shipments from booking until final delivery
• Provide timely shipment updates to customers
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, transporters and internal departments
• Handle shipment issues and provide solutions quickly
• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a high level of service
