I believe in making food as therapies. Making my “brain boosting“ antioxidant drink base - blueberries and rosemary sweetened with gula batu madu. According to AARP, this combo can slow down aging cellular process linked to Alzheimer’s and dementia. Lots of other benefits which you can research yourself as listing it will make this post too long😂. I don’t bring it to a boil to prevent the bioactive compounds to “disappear”. Once done, I store it refrigerated as I don’t want it to ferment so much that it will change the taste. Maybe one day I will let it ferment just to experiment.
