Border crossing update! Starting tomorrow September 30, 2025, Customs and Border Protection will increase the CBP I-94 non-immigrant form fee from $6 to $30 dollars.
The I-94 fee had remained stagnant for years until the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. This overdue monetary increase will surge revenue generated by CBP at no cost to the American public.
