The company is established in 1997 and since then we are working successfully for over 15 years. Nowadays the company occupied with mining & exploration, export & import, minerals spa resort and international freight forwarding. The company aims to contribute to the social and economic development of Mongolia through integrated fluorite mining operation,

value added production, premium quality fluorite products and securing of stable position in the international market. Adherence to the world class mining standards is visible in all stages of the company operation within the mission to enhance competitiveness of Mongolian brand name fluorspar products at the world market.

2. Key corporate milestones between 1997 to 2010

• 1997 year– Export, import trading
• 2003 year – International freight forwarding
• 2004 year – “Khukh Del” deposit`s license owner
• 2004 year – “South Khar Airag” deposit`s license owner
• 2005 year – “Dalanturuu” spa resort
• 2010 year – We are using for own 425 m long branch line railway in the “South Khar Airag”

3. Fluorspar Mine introduction
Our company mines the fluorspar in the area of Airag, Dornogobi province; exploited a milling for the assortment of fluorspar in Bor-Undur, Khentii province. We procedure undermining or open mining of the fluorspar of content CaF2 45-80% in “Khukh Del-1”, which has 750.000 tons of resources, places in distance of 12 km from the local railway station; content of CaF2 85-92% in “Southern Khar Airag”, which has 100.000 tons of resources, places in distance of 9 km from the local railway station. Now fluorspar open mining cast`s content is comparably low in the site but it is easier to make the process and advantage – allocate cost is less. This site`s fluorspar resource is provisional exploration rate is approximately 1.0-1.5 million ton. Establishing a planting factory near the open mining with capacity of 300.000-500.000 tons of ore processing is possible and its mining also has similar volume of mining capacity of fluorspar. Therefore, our company plans to build a planting factory of fluorite and collaborates with companies or individuals who are interested in foreign investing and joining with us for those mining areas, exploration resources and the planting factory.
