✅ Job Descriptions
✨ Handle the overall process of applying for Import/Export License Process
✨ Edit and post the required files to upload on Trade Net 2.0
✨ Daily Plan Follow up and check with team
✨ Prepare for TT process Import documentation according to bank regulation
✨ Follow up in each step of license progress in daily and keep the update
✨ Assist general supports to Documentation Team

✅ Job Requirements
✨ At least 1 year of Licensing Experience in related field
✨ Familiar with applying license for export and import (Trade Net 2.0)
✨ Must have strong understanding of import & export documentation process
✨ Must have knowledge of update-to-date with Export/Import rules and regulations
✨ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet and Email
✨ Good personality and can work under pressure
✨ Under 30 years (Female prefer)

🔎 Customer Service Staff (1) Post
✅ Job Descriptions
✨ Handle end-to-end logistics and border customs clearance for clients
✨ Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate shipping documentation
✨ Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and agents to meet customer needs
✨ Follow up customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing activities
✨ Ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements
✨ Handle problem-solving and communication with internal/external stakeholders

✅ Job Requirements
✨ Must have 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding
✨ Diploma in Business or Logistics or Supply Chain Management
✨ Knowledge in Cross-Border Customs Clearance, International & Local Trade terms and conditions
✨ Must have Customer Service Mindset
✨ Able to work under pressure and good at multi-tasking

✅ Job Descriptions
✨ Support the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)
✨ Coordinate orientation and training for new hires
✨ Assist with preparing employment contracts and HR-related forms
✨ Maintain and update employee records and profiles
✨ Manage vehicle arrangements, maintenance, and related duties
✨ Oversee administrative needs (stationery, office supplies, equipment)
✨ Handle resignation paperwork and clearance
✨ Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

✅Job Requirements
✨ 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin, with exposure to all HR functions
✨ Preferably a B.Com, BBA, or Diploma in HRM
✨ Strong understanding of Myanmar Labor Law
✨ In-depth knowledge of vehicle management and maintenance
