Plan and organize customized travel itineraries
Handle client inquiries with professionalism and excellent service quality
Coordinate bookings with vendors, guides, and hotels
Assist with tour operations, guest support & follow-ups
Manage travel documentation and system entries (training provided)
โจ Mandatory Skills
Computer proficiency (emails, spreadsheets, CRM tools โ training provided)
Tech-savvy and up-to-date with digital tools
Fluent communication โ strong spoken & written English (other languages are a bonus)
Good personality, confidence & professional conduct
Sales awareness and basic understanding of marketing concepts
Ability to multitask and learn fast
Strong interpersonal abilities and customer care mindset
โจ Educational Background
Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business / Marketing is a bonus, not mandatory
Freshers encouraged โ if you have the zeal to improve, we will train you
