[Job]Customer Service & Operations Specialist (Full-Time, 1 Position)
📍 Location: Russey Keo, Phnom Penh
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for one (1) detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and proactive Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer service and operational tasks. If you are organized, communication-savvy, and eager to grow in the logistics/operations field, we would love to hear from you!
📋 Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
-Receive client orders, check schedules, and offer price quotes (Pricing).
-Create and update daily/weekly operational lists (Order lists, Incoming/In-stock cargo lists, Arrival status).
-Handle customer inquiries and manage booking/pick-up orders.
-Input shipper and consignee information into our internal system to create Manifests.
🎯 Requirements (Who We Are Looking For)
-Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills (ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly).
-Good command of MS Office (especially Excel for maintaining lists).
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Fluent Khmer and strong English communication skills for customer service
⏰ Working Conditions
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Salary & Benefits
Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
Salary review after the probation period (2 months)
Performance-based raise available
