�ทางร้านเราขายสินค้านำเข้า. เสียภาษีถูกต้องสินค้าบางตัวราคาอาจจะแตกต่างจากร้านอื่นไปบ้างมีข้อผิดพลาดอะไรก็ต้องขออภัยมานะตรงนี้เลย
�ข้อตกลงการซื้อขายสินค้า� อ่านสักนิดก่อนโอน ขออนุญาติแจ้งเพิ่มเติมค่ะ ชี้แจงถึงความรับผิดชอบของทางร้านในส่วนใดบ้าง โดยปกติจะไม่ค่อยมีปัญหาค่ะแต่หากเกิดปัญหาทางเราจะรับผิดชอบต
ามเหตุผลในข้อต่างๆ ดังนี้
1.ขนาดเสื้อทั้งความกว้างและยาวบวกลบ(กรุณาเผื่อไซส์) ไม่รับเครมกรณีลูกค้าสั่งไปแล้วคับไปหลวมไป ทางเราได้แจ้งขนาดให้ทราบก่อนโอนแล้วนะคะ และไม่รับเครมเรื่องเนื้อผ้าหรือลายเสื้อสวยไม่สวยต่างๆ เพราะเราได้พยายามถ่ายรูปสินค้าจริงให้ลูกค้าดูตลอดอยู่แล้วค่ะ ในเรื่องคุณภาพสมราคาแน่นอนจ้า
2. ในบางครั้งสีอาจจะมีเพี้ยนบ้างเช่นสีเขียวอมฟ้า งานออกมาเป็นฟ้าอ่อนๆ อันนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับแสงค่ะต้องขออภัย แต่สีหลักๆ ดำ แดง เหลือง เขียว ชมพู ฟ้า น้ำเงินต่างๆ จะไม่ค่อยผิดเพี้ยนค่อนข้างตรงจ้า งานเสื้อผ้าลายสกรีนต่างๆอาจมีรอยหมึกเลอะนิดหน่อยแต่ถ้าเยอะมากๆ จนน่าเกียดทางร้านจะให้เลือกเปลี่ยนสินค้าตัวใหม่หรืออาจมีการลดราคา10-20% ตามสมควรให้ค่ะ
3.เราจะยิงadsโฆษณาสินค้าและลงสินค้าใหม่ในไลน์@ก่อนล่วงหน้าประมาน 1 สัปดาห์เมื่อสินค้ามาถึงทางเพจจะเช็คสินค้าพร้อมแล้วจึงจะทักหาลูกค้าค่ะทางเพจเราจะไม่รับยอดโอนPre-Oderก่อนสินค้าเข้าถึงเกาหลีเพื่อความสบายใจทั้ง2 ฝ่าย
4.ลูกค้าท่านไหนมีประวัติสั่งซื้อแล้วไม่โอนเกิน 2 ครั้ง เราขออนุญาตไม่ขายสินค้าให้ในครั้งถัดไปค่ะสินค้างาน Sales ซื้อแล้วไม่รับเปลี่ยนคืนทุกกรณีเนื่องจากเป็นสินค้าราคาลดพิเศษ
5.ทางร้านมีส่วนลดให้ 10% สำหรับคนที่กรุณาส่งรีวิวกลับมาให้ทางร้าน ถ้าลูกค้าไม่ได้ส่งรีวิวกลับมางดขอส่วนลดนะคะ ส่วนลดไม่สามารขอโอนเป็นเงินสดได้ ใช้เป็นแค่ส่วนลดในการสั่งสินค้าร้านเราเท่านั้นไม่เอาราคาร้านอื่นมากดราคาที่ร้าน กรณีที่มาบอกร้านนั้นขายแค่นั้นแค่นี้สะดวกร้านไหนก็ร้านนั้นจ๊ะ ไม่ขอต่อราคาทางร้านเพราะเรามีราคาส่งให้อยู่แล้วสำหรับคนที่สั่งเยอะค่ะ
6.ร้านเราไม่โกงค่ะและอยากขายต่อไปเรื่อยๆไม่เอาชื่อเสียงมาเสี่ยงแน่นอนจ้าในเรื่องของระยะเวลาจัดส่งทางเราจะแจ้งลูกค้าก่อนเสมอว่าจะส่งสินค้าวันไหนปรกติส่งเช้าวันถัดไปหลังลูกค้าโอนเงินแต่ช่วงไหนออเดอร์เข้าเยอะอาจล่าช้า1-2วันแต่โดยปกติจะจัดสินค้าได้ตามเวลาค่ะ
7.เราจัดส่งสินค้าทุกวัน จันทร์-ศุกร์ ลูกค้าที่ส่งยอดโอนหลัง 9โมงเช้าเราจะจัดส่งให้ในรอบของวันถัดไปเมื่อทางเราจัดส่งสินค้าออกไปแล้วทางเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบกรณีขนส่งส่งสินค้าล้าช้า หรือเกิดปัญหาที่ขนส่งต่างๆนะคะ ให้เป็นความรับผิดชอบของขนส่งเองแต่ทางเราจะช่วยตามเรื่องให้ค่ะ ปกติแล้วขนส่งจะส่งสินค้า 1-2 วันถึงลูกค้าหรือ 3 วัน แต่ถ้านานกว่านี้หรือไม่ได้รับของตามกำหนดลูกค้าต้องขอรับเงินชดเชยหรือร้องเรียนขนส่งเองนะคะ (เมื่อส่งสินค้าออกไปถือเป็นการสิ้นสุดการซื้อขาย)
