BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia issued an Executive Order No. 5-E prohibiting the entry of domestic passengers arriving in Cebu via air travel from Clark International Airport, Legazpi City, Cagayan De Oro City & Dumaguete City.
-all domestic flights coming to Cebu will be suspended for one month starting tomorrow.
- all sea trips going to Cebu will be suspended for one month, 2 days from now.
- Cargoes are not covered by EO.
