Where to go in autumn 🍂

“Hiraodai Limestone Plateau”

⭐️Limestone ချစ်သူတွေ ရယ် Autumn leaves တွေ ထက် pampas grass ကို သဘောကျတယ် ဆိုတဲ့ သူတွေ အနေနဲ့ သွားသင့်တဲ့ နေရာဖြစ်ပါတယ်

⭐️Japan ရဲ့ one of the 3 major karst formation zone လဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်

⭐️Plateau လေတဝီးဝီး မှာ pampas grass တွေကြား road trip မောင်းရတာ ကြိုက်တဲ့သူတွေ အတွက် recommend ပါ

⭐️တကယ်လို့ ကိုယ်က ဂူတွေ ထဲ ဝင်ရတာကြိုက်တယ် ဆိုရင်လဲ သဘာဝအတိုင်းရှိနေတဲ့ lime stone cave တွေကို ဝင်ရောက်လေ့လာလို့ရပါတယ် (အပေါ်ကိုလိပ်တင်ရလွယ်တဲ့ အဝတ်အစားမျိုးတော့ ဝတ်သွားဖို့အကြံပြုချင်ပါတယ် တချို့နေရာမှာ ရေက ဒူးလောက်ရှိလို့ပါ)

⭐️ကိုယ်က အပျော် တောင် တက်ရတာ ကြိုက်တဲ့ သူဆိုရင်တော့ coffee bottle လေးယူ တောင်ပေါ်တက်ပီး scenery ကိုကြည့်ပီး အပန်းဖြေနိုင်ပါတယ်
Parking တွေလဲ ပေါပေါများများရှိပါတယ်

Where : Japan, Kyushu, Hiraodai
သူက တော့ Kitakyushu နဲ့ Fukuoka မှာနေတဲ့ သူတွေ အတွက် နေ့ချင်းပြန် road trip သွားလို့ကောင်းတဲ့ နေရာပါ
What to wear: လေအရမ်းတိုက်တာ ဖြစ်လို့ အကျီင်္ မထူ မပါးဝတ်သွားဖို့လိုပါတယ်

Let me introduce the journey I’ve been through...
(So called Achievements 🏆 Vs Failures 😢)

⭐️Proud alumna of the University of Yangon, class of 2018. 🎓
⭐️Selected for a transformative journey with the YSEALI academic fellowship in the USA, starting 2019. 🇺🇸
⭐️Received the MEXT scholarship in the same year, leading me to my current pursuit: a PhD in Bioinformatics and Molecular Biology at Kagoshima University, Japan (Affiliated with Saga University). 🇯🇵🔬

We only focus on 🏆“ACHIEVEMENTS” 🏆
We never talked about ⛔️ Rejections and getting lost in life right ?? “ 😅😅

I have a lot 💜
I have tons of failure and rejections🥹🥹 (can’t even write it down here 🫣 not enough space)
For example …
Rejected by Global UGRAD program for United States (interview stage), NZ scholarship, Hungary Scholarship, not qualified for Australia scholarship….

However, those failures 💔 helped me a lot in life and lift me up ! Thanks to them 😘

YSEALI က မြန်မာအပါအဝင် အရှေ့တောင် အာရှနိုင်ငံ အားလုံးနဲ့ Timor-Leste က လူငယ်ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေကို အရည်အသွေး မြင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်စေဖို့ နဲ့ regional challenges တွေကို အတူတကွလက်တွေ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ပီး ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Academic fellowship ကတော့ အသက် ၁၈-၂၅ နှစ်လူငယ်တွေ အနေနဲ့ လျောက်လို့ရပါတယ်

ဆိုတဲ့ theme သုံးမျိုးထဲက စိတ်ဝင်စားရာတစ်မျိုးကို ရွေးပီးလျောက်နိုင်ပါတယ်

အခွင့်အရေးအနေနဲ့ကတော့ United States မှာ ရှိတဲ့ တက္ကသိုလ်တွေမှာ ၅ ပတ်ကြာ ပညာသင်လေ့လာခွင့်ရမှာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ၅ ပတ်ဆိုပေမယ့် effective and intensive program ဖြစ်တဲ့ အတွက် တကယ်ကို အကျိုးရှိတဲ့ program ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
(fellowship တစ်ခု ဆိုတာထက်ပိုတဲ့ experience and network တွေ ရမှာပါ )

ပထမဆုံး post အနေနဲ့က “Okama observatory” အကြောင်းပြောချင်ပါတယ်။

Japan လို 御釜 = အိုးအကြီးကြီးပေါ့။

သူကတော့ ရေကန် ဖြစ်ပီးတော့ အရင်ခေတ်တွေ တုန်းက ပီးတောင် ပေါက်ကွဲရာကနေ ဖြစ်လာတာ လို့ သိရပါတယ်။ သူက Zao ဆိုတဲ့ တောင် ထိပ်ပိုင်းမှာ ရှိတာ ဖြစ်ပီးတော့ ရေကန်ရဲ့ ပုံက အိုးပုံစံ ဝိုင်းစက်နေလို့ Okama လို့ခေါ်တယ် လို့ ပြောကြပါတယ်။

ရေကန်ထဲမှာ အက်စစ် ပမာဏ အရမ်းမြင့်လို့ ဘာသတ္တဝါမှ မရှင်သန်နေပါဖူးတဲ့

ဒါပေမယ့် ရေရဲ့ အရောင်ကအရမ်း လှပီး daylight အပေါ်မူတည်ပီး အရောင် မျိုးစုံပြောင်းပါတယ်

ပီးတော့ car parking ကနေ လှမ်းတာကြောင့် ၅ -၁၀ မိနစ် လောက် လမ်းလျောက် ရတာမလို့ shoes လဲ သေချာစီးသင့်ပါတယ်

ပီးတော့ တောင်ပေါ်ကိုသွားတဲ့ ရှုခင်းက တော့ နှင်းတွေလဲ ရှိနေဆဲ ဖြစ်လို့ အရမ်းလှပါတယ် ❤️

(Yamagata နဲ့ miyagi prefecture) နှစ်ခု boarder မှာ mtzao က ရှိတာပါ

road trip သွားခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်တာမလို့ public transportation အကြောင်းတော့ သေချာမသိလို့ မရေးတော့ပါဖူး 🤗

Stood atop Mt. Zao and gazed into the 'Okama,' a surreal volcanic wonder 🌋💧 This 'big pot' of a lake, formed 2000 years ago, is as mesmerizing as its backstory. No creatures thrive in its acidic waters, making it a truly unique natural spectacle. 🦠🌿

📝 Notes : it’s cold and windy, so bring warm clothing.. Shoes are essential for walk around the trail 👟!
It’s better to go at day time ( not too early, not too late) due to wildnesses.
