「つくばで国際交流したい 」という方ならどなたでもＯＫ! つくばで国際交流の花を咲かせましょう。
つくば市を中心に活動している国際交流のサークルです。BBQや遠足、ワークショップなどの企画・運営を行い、気軽な交流の場を提供することにより、国籍・年齢・性別にこだわらない真の友情を育み、立場の違う者同士の相互理解を目指します。ボランティアスタッフの協力のもと、参加者一人ひとりが助け合って素晴しいイベントを作り上げています。興味のある方は誰でも参加OK!楽しみながら小さな国際貢献してみませんか。
SWiT活動にかかわる保険加入について
みなさん、いつも活動へのご協力ありがとうございます。
つくばで国際交流しよう（SWiT）では、つくば市のボランティア登録を年度の前に行い、保険の申請を行っています。 活動に安心して参加していただくために、活動に継続的に参加していただく方はボランティアとして名簿に記載し、保険に加入していただいております。。
1人300円で加入でき、今年度分は保険の支払いをした翌日から年度末の3月31日まで保険の対象となります。 つきましては、活動に参加を希望される方は、保険の登録をお願いします。管理人宛に以下の内容をライン、メッセンジャー、メール等でお伝えください。

保険料は管理人が立替払いでしはらいますので、お手数ですが次回の活動の際に管理人にお支払いください。
なお、これらの個人情報はTICEの名簿作成以外の目的では使用しません。

また、車出しをしてくださる参加者の方へのお願いです。
ボランティア保険は、自動車による事故は加入者自身のケガのみが対象となり、 対人・対物事故などの賠償責任については対象となりません。
活動中に事故にあわれた場合、ボランティア保険でカバーできない部分は個人の自動車保険での支払いとなります。
安心して活動を続けるために、車検期限・任意保険の加入条件（対人対物無制限・搭乗者1名につきいくら等）の確認をさせていただきたいと思います。 下記の内容をメールでお送り下さい。

車出し等をイベントでしていただくことを了承していただいた方は、車検、保険の条件を満たしているものとみなします。
また、活動に参加する方は保険の適応外の保障の請求はSWiTには求めないこととし、ボランティア保険に加入しない方は、SWiTとしては一切の保証はいたしかねます。

Dear SWiT members, Thank you all for participation to TICE’s events and activities.Also special thanks to those who contributes to several SWiT activities for providing transportation by your own car. In order to protect SWiT members from unexpected accidents, SWiT organizer decided to enroll regular members as volunteer of Tsukuba-city and buy the “insurance for volunteer” for the members who regularly participate our international exchange activities. The cost of the insurance is just 300yen per person per year. If you will join our activities, please inform me the following information by the end of this week. （you can pay on 300yen next activity）
