2-3 years of shipping experience

Job description:
- Arranging face-to-face meetings and Sales Calls with new potential clients and existing clients.
- Seeking and following up on sales leads
- Responsible for the End-to-End customer experience, handling the operation from a-z shipments (including all Incoterms).
- Strong verbal and written communication to engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing effectively.
- Negotiating terms with carriers, booking cargo space, and making payments
- Managing customs clearance procedures and transport documents.
- Seeking and following up on sales leads
- Tracking and communicating shipment status with clients in real-time
- Checking that shipments are delivered on time.
- Resolving issues including discrepancies and delayed arrivals, customs release
- Coordination of all modes of transport (sea, air, and land)
- Customer service and handling incoming calls from customers relating to Import/Export operations and shipment information.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Performing key accounting functions.
- Perform all accounting tasks for related to Monthly Intercompany accounts reconciliation and balance confirmation
- Handle the intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliation.
- Ensure smooth operations and timely settlement of balances in coordination with the accounting manager.
- Record invoices in the company financial system.
- Perform monthly reconciliation for the accounts
- Facilitate financial statement reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives.
- Record the entries in the company financial system.
- Supporting in areas of financial reporting, compliance, and auditing processes.
- Record daily transactions
- Prepare reconciliations for banks, payment methods, and vendors.
- Initiates payment vouchers and bank payments.
- Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures and complying with Company’s objectives

Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications:
2-3 years' experience.
Effective communication skills.
Time management skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent command of English.
