So many of our guests arrive in Sicily and tell us that they don’t like sardines and anchovies…and we convince them to try them anyways …
Not all of them change their minds of course but we can’t tell you how many actually do! Because fresh anchovies and sardines from here taste different than what most are used to

Wedding Season for Sicilians is usually July and August
Which are the hottest months of the year…but also the least likely to rain
Thus, according to Sicilians, the only precipitation at their weddings better be in the form of Sweat 😜😂

This video was from 3 years ago but this august we had a record high of 48.8 degrees Celsius one day…with many other days not too much cooler

Can you imagine getting married in that heat?!

Fans are usually left on the chairs of the guests so that they can fan themselves while the wedding progresses

Speaking of fans…We are Fans of April, May, September and October for the weddings we plan

Then again whatever the Bride wants, the Bride gets ! 🧖‍♀️😎
