Sometimes gratitude hits so hard it comes out as tears. 🤍

This birthday reminded me that one of life’s greatest gifts isn’t what we receive—it’s the people who choose to show up for us. 💗

I wasn’t expecting to cry over breakfast, but my heart was overflowing with gratitude for every message, every surprise, every hug, and every woman who’s become part of this chapter of my life.

If you’ve been part of my journey in any way… thank you. You reminded me that love has a beautiful way of finding us when we least expect it. ✨

You taught me that healing isn’t linear, that peace is something we choose, and that becoming ourselves often means letting go of everything that no longer fits.

You also reminded me that kindness has a way of finding us when we least expect it.

Tonight, as I say goodbye to this chapter, my heart is full of gratitude—for every lesson, every challenge, every heartbreak, every unexpected gift, and every version of me I had to leave behind.
