Considering several functions of local tariffs for the beneficiaries of international trade, familiarity with detailed local charges in different countries is a basic obligation for foreign trade activists prior to concluding a sales or transport contract to prevent from consequences of unexpected extra charges. In this respect forwarders and shipping line have an important role in transferring local charges to importers and exporters both from their contractual liabilities and value added services to customers.
