1. What positions are included in this reprogram?

Chef de Partie Baker
Chef de Partie Pastry
Chef de Partie Butcher

2. What qualifications does the referee need to have?
*Candidates must have at least 4-5 years of experience in the same role and position and, preferably, in the cruise line industry or a 4–5-star hotel.
Bachelor’s degree, courses, or training related to culinary.
Very strong management skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Very strong communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills. Strong planning, coaching, organizing, staffing, controlling, and evaluating skills. Intermediate computer software skills required.

3. What criteria is Royal Caribbean Group using to select a candidate?*Qualifications met. *Fully vaccinated status in accordance with our Vaccine Policy.

4. What happens to the candidates after they are referred? *The Candidates will receive an email with information about the position and next steps, including how to apply, deadlines, ETC.

5. How soon should the candidate join the ship? *The candidate MUST join the ship within 90 days of the offer acceptance.

*MUI Pushes for 28-day Interval for Covid jabs for Seafarers*
SECRETARY GENERAL MEETS MAHARASHTRA CM

Mr.Amar Singh Thakur, General Secretary, and other key representatives of the Maritime Union of India, recently met Honorable Chief Minister Shri Uddhav Thackrey and Honorable Mumbai Mayor, Smt. Kishori Pednekar, to hand over a letter to consider seafarers as Essential Frontline workers.
The MUI also requested the CM to reduce the jab time interval for Seafarers from 84 to 28 days, to enable Seafarers to join ships at suitably early dates.
Present serious condition of threat to Seafarer jobs was conveyed to CM and his urgent intervention called upon.
