Duties & Responsibilities:
•Identifying new clients and completing onboarding documentation
•Serve the existing clients to generate recurring business and maintain relations.
•Rate negotiations with customers and careers.
•Ensure paperwork is completed as per standard compliance.
•Coordinating with shipper, career, and dispatched since booking of load to delivery.
•Follow-up with the internal team from invoice to payment disbursal from the client.
•Maintaining accurate data sets on SharePoint.
•Continuous follow-up with prospects as per the given timeline.
•Ensure to maintain standard quality parameters.

Required Qualification and Skillset
•Strong negotiating skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with carriers and customers
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
•Willing to work in US shift timings.
•Able to manage multiple tasks and clients parallelly.
•Willing to learn and ready to take direction with ease.
•Excellent knowledge of internet research.
