when people are rude to us or keep nagging us we often find ourself reacting. Today, remember, just because we all have an internal reaction does not mean we have to react externally. When we react we tend to just make things worse.
Instead, let us be more attentive and aware, so that the next time something triggers a reaction in us , we are able to pause our reaction. Pausing for a few seconds and choosing a course of action will make the interaction better.

To be responsible means to recognise the importance of one's own role. When we are able to maintain good feelings for all those we come into contact with us, we find our relations gradually improving. We also find that we are ready to take up the challenge of changing ourselves before we can think of changing others. Due to this, others will continue to take inspiration from us and bring about a change in themselves too.

Nothing really happens by over-thinking about the stresses & worries in life. That is why it is important to let go. Let go of the things that are out of your hands. Put your worries down. Drop the stress. Feel the weight lift off your shoulders. And lighten up. When you are light, it is easier to do something about the things that are in your hands. When things get tough, focus NOT on “How?” but on “What?” you need to do – and just do it.
