Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, through its Commercial Division, hosted the annual THAI Global Commercial Conference 2026 under the theme “Elevated by Heartware. Refining a New World with THAI.” The conference aimed to communicate the company’s commercial direction, present key business strategies, and outline plans for product and service development in response to the rapidly evolving aviation industry. The event welcomed approximately 500 business partners and ticketing agents from around the world at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok.
This year’s conference reflected the company’s growth direction through the concepts of Heart-work, Heart-ware, and Heart-sales. Heart-work focuses on strengthening the organization through its people, while Heart-ware emphasizes the power of the “heart” in designing meaningful travel experiences that meet the evolving expectations of passengers. Meanwhile, Heart-sales aims to build trust and long-term confidence with global partners, while enhancing business potential through the development of networks and commercial strategies. Together, these elements elevate travel beyond simply connecting destinations, creating lasting relationships and meaningful journeys.
Mr. Chai Eamsiri, Chief Executive Officer of Thai Airways International, stated that THAI’s role as the national carrier extends beyond connecting people and investments. The airline also serves as a global ambassador of Thai identity through its products and services onboard. He emphasized that the success of the THAI Global Commercial Conference 2026 reflects the strong collaboration among all stakeholders in transforming strategic vision into meaningful journeys.
Mr. Kittipong Sarsombat, Chief Commercial Officer of Thai Airways International, together with the Commercial leadership team, shared the company’s vision for growth. This includes expanding market opportunities, strengthening the route network, enhancing the passenger experience, and building strategic partnerships with global business partners to drive the organization toward sustainable Commercial Excellence.
The THAI Global Commercial Conference 2026 was therefore not only a platform for business updates, but also an important opportunity to strengthen relationships, build trust, inspire collaboration, and reaffirm THAI’s global partnerships. These connections will play a vital role in shaping meaningful travel experiences and moving forward together toward a new future for the aviation industry under the concept “Elevated by Heartware. Refining a New World with THAI.”

Thai Airways Confirms Continued Normal Operations

In light of the unrest in certain areas of the Middle East, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) confirms that all flights continue to operate as scheduled.

Currently, THAI does not operate flights to the affected region. For European flight services, THAI is operating on flight paths that avoid the airspace of areas affected by the situation. As a result, flight durations to and from Europe may be slightly extended.

THAI will continue to closely monitor and assess the situation to ensure the safety and continuity of flight operations.

Passengers holding confirmed bookings are advised to remain updated and check flight schedules via the official website at www.thaiairways.com / Thai Airways mobile Application or THAI Contact Center at +66 (0)2-356-1111, available 24 hours.
