I write this with utmost disappointment and anger. Your platform, which claimed to provide students a pathway to the USA, has turned out to be a deceitful scam. It is outrageous that you have taken money from innocent students and now refuse to respond to their pleas for assistance. This lack of accountability from both your counselors and management is utterly unacceptable.

The dreams and aspirations of these students have been shattered, and they are left in distress, feeling cheated and abandoned. Your false promises have not only robbed them of their hard-earned money but also their trust in educational institutions. This is a grave injustice that cannot be overlooked.

I demand transparency and immediate action. Students deserve refunds for the money they invested in your platform, as well as the guidance they were promised. It is time for you to take responsibility for the havoc you have wreaked upon these individuals' lives.
