Chennai port container truck congestion

Today even though no que inside port premises , cops deliberately delaying the que by not clearing the congestion outside the port at ennore express road . Cops letting only the empty trailers towards the port and not the loaded truck . How long does these fate continue ? . No officials are ready to give an solution for this issue for a long time . Road from Manali junction to ennore express road are very congested often because of this issue . Port officials concerned only about import delivery and not the loaded container . Because revenue from import is much more than export container I believe . Followers please share this message to everyone .

Adani kamarajar port update

CHENNAI: The much awaited container terminal to be run by the Adani group at Kamarajar Port, Ennore near Chennai is now expected to be commissioned by the end of May or early June with equipment and clearances already in place.

Today update : huge congestion from Manali junction to Chennai port .Trucks are piled up at sathangadu point . Not even a single truck was allowed to cross this point . The distance between Manali junction and port is just around 12 K/m but trucks are able to reach the port only after more than 48 hours .

The reason behind this congestion is none other than port infrastructure and it's operations .
