With a humble beginning in 1948 with electronic trading, and Real Estate Development in 1984, the Group has established several known business from Cinema Exhibition (ex-Lilly and Goonj), Electronic Distribution, Life Insurance, Stock Broking and Automobiles in Bhopal. The life insurance wing did phenomenal well with the Birla Sun Life insurance Co. and achieved their regular targets and looking i

nto new horizon of growth for the Bhopal Division as well as surroundings. The year 2004-05 the insurance wing achieved the highest revenue collection in the entire Jeevan Chakra module in the country. In the year 2006-07 company also ventured in stock broking by applying for the sub- broker ship of Reliance Money. The group has very high market value and name, which stands for reputation and commitment.
