*Product Detail* : As the product we supply are handmade, there will be slight

variation from one piece to another due to the handmade nature of the products but remember this also makes a product so special and unique. The colour you see in the photographs may not be the exact representations of the actual colour used (as it may appear differently on different screens).

**Placing an Order* : After picking your favorite item, please mail / inbox us the respective product code and size (S, M, L), along with the delivery address and contact no. Once we received the mail / message. We will share our Bank details.

**Payment* : We accept payment via PayPal / NEFT (net banking). Shipping charges apply. We request you to please inform us once you make the payments. Upon receiving the payments, We will send you a order confirmation message and dispatch your order.

**Delivery* : As soon as your order has dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation message, and Tracking number to check the progress of your delivery. . .The product will be at your doorsteps maximum within 6 - 7 working days from the date of payment. This may vary for customized products. However, if stock is not available there may be a potential delay and we will keep you informed.

**Customized products* : For customizing, Please share the picture of your lil ones dress. We will share you the matching hair accessories. The delivery date may vary depending on the material availability and making of the product. If for any occasion, we request you to kindly inform us before 2 weeks. Your ideas are appreciated.

**Cancellations/Exchange* : Cancellation of a product accepted only if informed before the dispatched confirmation message. Pink Velvetz hopes you are very happy and satisfied with our handmade products. But in-case if you find them faulty due to our own error you can exchange the product (this doesn't include the product which has wear / tear by the recipient ). Please contact us asap via message / email if there is a problem with your order. We will be more happy to rectify this.

**Privacy* : Any personal details we collect from you, as a result of an order, will be kept secure and not shared with any third party, unless we are required to do so by the law.
