looking forward to welcoming all the swimmers to lots of delicious hot food available post swim !!

Due to the adverse weather forecast for Saturday, we’re moving round two of the event to MULLAGHMORE.

Conditions are predicted to be somewhere between terrible and awful at Rosses Point on Saturday. The first consideration is for the boats should a swimmer need to be removed from the water. This is made very difficult in choppy conditions.

We’ve been down there lots of times in the past for the swim series when weather had required it, and it’s a really nice beach to swim on. It’s very sheltered by the headland and harbour so will be a lot calmer than Rosses Point.

All the timetables remain the same:
- Registration / Chip Collection : 09:30 - 10:30 (If you’ve
already registered you still need to collect your timing chip)
- Race Briefing for all swimmers: 10:45
- Sprint Race Starts 11:00
- Skins Race Starts
- Distance Race Starts

Public Toilets operated by Sligo County Council are available on site and there is lots of free parking.

Mullaghmore is about 20 minutes north of Sligo Town on the Bundoran Road (N15) - follow the signposts from Cliffoney off the main road.
