Right lads and Lassis , serious question… when did filling a diesel tank start feeling like applying for a mortgage? 😅
You pull into the pump thinking “sure it’s only a quick top-up”… next thing the numbers are climbing faster than the price of a pint on a Saturday night. €20 used to move the needle — now it just wakes the pump up.
For anyone running a business, driving for work, or trying to keep the wheels turning, these diesel prices are no joke. Every rise hits small businesses, tradespeople, owner operators like my self and anyone who depends on the road to make a living.
We’ll keep doing what we do — but it’d be nice if filling the tank didn’t feel like a financial decision that needs a family meeting first! 😂
On a serious note here my self and my business is standing firm with the IRHA something needs to be done about the current prices of diesel before we all start pulling keys from the ignitions
