There is something about this photo that completely melted my heart...

A lovely client shared this beautiful moment of her and her son on board their recent cruise, and it instantly took me back to a picture I have of my husband and our daughter when she was just 18 months old, wandering along the deck together on our first family cruise.

Those early-years memories are so precious, and I still remember how easy that holiday felt. Having everything in one place, the freedom to move around with a buggy, nap times back in the cabin just a short walk away, dinner on board without long journeys or big logistics...

Looking back now, it's not the itinerary I remember most. It's moments like this.

After nearly 30 years in travel, it’s encouraging to see how our collective understanding of responsible tourism has evolved. For me, the way we experience the world should never come at the expense of the animals that make it so extraordinary, and I’m proud to be part of a company that takes animal protection so seriously 🐘
