What an amazing afternoon spent on Macroom Buffalo Mozzarella farm. Go raibh mile maith agat to Dorothy Dorothy ÓTuama for introducing us to the incredible water buffalo and teaching us about the passion and dedication that goes in to every part of the farm, it truly was a memorable experience. One of the highlights was getting to enjoy the signature buffalo cheeses, delicious yogurt and meat produced on the farm and expertly prepared by Dorothy.
A huge thank you to everyone at Macroom Buffalo Farm for the hospitality—we can’t wait to visit again 💚☘️

Had the privilege of having these fab ladies on board yesterday. I worked with theyre fab dad Patsy for years. A gentleman he was too. Rip💔 He would have been in his element driving these ladies yesterday❤️. He is definitely beaming down with pride from above.
