PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk. was established in 1984 as a ground handling service provider under the
brand of JAS Airport Services. It started its commercial operations in 1985 at Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Jakarta serving Cathay
Pacific, Malaysian Airlines, Lufthansa and Singapore Airlines as its first customers. In 2000, the company started its cargo handling and ware

housing business after PT Cardig Air handed
over its business to JAS

JAS was registered at Bursa Efek Surabaya (BES) thus become the first Indonesian ground handling company
listed in Stock Exchange

In 2004, JAS partnered with Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS). The partnership allows JAS
to tap the expertise of a global player in the airport services industry

Today with more than 1,700 employees, JAS Airport Services has grown in size and is now serving more than
30 airlines both international and domestic accros 10 airports in Indonesia
