When Batch 12 started their training, we asked them usual questions:
What makes a good SCCM?
What makes a bad SCCM?

You’re not just learning for new role now — you’re shaping the culture on board. Stay confident, kind, and never stop learning. Acknowledge good work, simple “thank you” to your crew can do so much! Encourage open communication. Follow SOPs and treat everyone with equal respect. After each flight, give feedback and ask for theirs. Your growth comes from reflection as well.

Yesterday was a special day for all of us at Fly Air41 Airways. For the first time in four years as an airline, we are saying farewell to a captain who is retiring from the pilot career.

Dear Captain, after a career dedicated to the skies, yesterday you completed your final flight with us as a commercial pilot. Thank you for choosing Fly Air41 as the final chapter of your journey in the cockpit. You will always be part of the Fly Air41 family. Enjoy your retirement - you’ve earned it.

Thank you Dresden Airport for support on organising everything for the captain. And very important thank you goes to our crew (they will know who they are 😊) from HER-DRS flight for being there for the Captain and company to help in preparations.

Today we were part of Career Day at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb.
We had the pleasure of sharing our knowledge and experience with students who are just beginning their journeys.
You see, aviation is not just about flying—it’s about great teamwork, and sometimes, simply being in the right place at the right time to offer a few encouraging words that might change someone's path.
Thank you to all the students who stopped by and showed genuine interest. The future of our industry looks bright with such passionate young minds on the horizon!
