Our CEO & Co-Founder, Jose Lezama, is currently in Oregon as part of the YLAI Entrepreneurial Fellowship Program, an initiative of the U.S. Department of State.
Through this fellowship, Jose is collaborating with the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce to strengthen business systems, explore strategic partnerships, and create new opportunities for international growth — all with the goal of continuing to elevate Roatán as a world-class destination.

Jose Lezama is the Co-Founder of Roatán Exclusive Tours & Rentals, a boutique tourism company based in Roatán, Honduras, specializing in private, personalized experiences for cruise passengers and international travelers. As an entrepreneur focused on service excellence, strategic growth, and community impact, Jose is passionate about building meaningful travel experiences while strengthening local economic opportunities. Through his YLAI Fellowship in Oregon, he is collaborating with the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce to further develop business systems, expand strategic partnerships, and explore new opportunities for international market growth.
