將簡單的啫喱，化成精緻立體花藝。無需任何烘焙或藝術基礎，也能親手創作令人驚艷的3D啫喱花蛋糕。

課程由來自馬來西亞的陳雪妮老師（Coach Siamy）及梁Sir親自教授。陳老師擁有香港、馬來西亞及新加坡教學經驗，累積教授超過3,000位學生，並曾獲《南華早報》專題報道。

今日嘅3D啫喱花初級班真係熱鬧到不得了！6位同學，6份靚靚作品，大家一路學、一路傾、一路笑，熱情到老師差啲連自己講嘢都聽唔到！🤭😂

What a class today! 6 students, 6 beautiful creations, and enough noise and laughter that I could barely hear myself think! 😂

我最鍾意就係呢種課堂氣氛！大家互相鼓勵、互相支持，就算原本比較怕醜、冇乜信心嘅同學，都慢慢融入其中，感受到大家一齊學習嘅快樂。❤️

But I LOVE classes like this! The enthusiasm was contagious, everyone encouraged one another, and even the quietest, shyest student couldn't help but feel part of the team. ❤️

最開心係見到大家最後交出咁出色嘅作品！學到手藝之餘，仲收穫咗歡笑、信心同一份難得嘅團隊精神。🌸

And the results? Absolutely fabulous! So proud of all six of you! More than just learning a new skill, they shared laughter, confidence, and a wonderful sense of togetherness.

有時教班最開心嘅，唔單止係見到一個個靚蛋糕，而係大家一齊創造出嚟嗰份開心同溫暖。 ❤️

唔係間間3D啫喱花初級班都會教整魚池，但我哋 ShareMe Treats 就有！同學可以親手整小魚，再將佢哋放入啫喱蛋糕入面，完成自己嘅夢幻小魚池！🐟💕

Not every 3D Jelly Beginners Class teaches fish pond designs, but we do at ShareMe Treats! Students get to make their own little fishes, place them inside their jelly cakes, and complete their very own dreamy fish pond! 🐟💕

Francis was so nervous during today's 3D Jelly Beginners Class! 🤭

佢一路都好擔心，對自己冇乜信心，成日懷疑自己整唔整到一個靚蛋糕。

She kept doubting herself, wondering if her cake would turn out beautifully.

但佢冇放棄，一步一步跟住學，慢慢建立信心。

And voilà! Look at what she created! 🌸❤️

最開心唔單止係見到個蛋糕咁靚，而係見到 Francis 由懷疑自己，到最後發現——原來我真係做得到！🥰

Sometimes, all we need is a little courage to try, and someone who believes in us before we believe in ourselves.

Francis, you did it! So proud of you! ❤️

🌸 有時，一份心意比一堂課更重要。❤️

今日有位同學因為臨時有私人事情，未能如期嚟上堂。

知道佢平日喺街市賣菜，生活忙碌，抽時間學自己鍾意嘅嘢都唔容易。

雖然今次未能一齊上堂，我都希望佢可以有一份小小嘅開心。於是親手為佢做咗呢個3D啫喱花蛋糕，送去畀佢。🌷

🌸 Sometimes, a little kindness means more than a class. ❤️

One of our students couldn't make it to class at the last minute due to personal matters.

We know she works hard selling vegetables at the market, and finding time to do something for herself isn't always easy.

So instead of letting her miss out completely, I decided to make this 3D Jelly Art cake especially for her and have it delivered. 🌷

人生總有突如其來嘅事情。希望呢份小小心意，可以為佢忙碌嘅一天帶來一點甜、一點溫暖。❤️

Life doesn't always go according to plan. I hope this little surprise brings a smile to her face and a little warmth to her day. ❤️

今日呢班初級班，真係令我好感動！
Today's Beginners Class was quite an emotional journey for me!

今次我哋嘗試咗一個特別嘅「午夜深藍色」魚池蛋糕底，出嚟嘅效果好靚，同學們都非常鍾意！
We experimented with a beautiful midnight-blue base for our fish pond jelly cakes, and the ladies absolutely loved the dramatic effect!

但老實講，今日呢堂一啲都唔容易。
But this wasn't an easy class.

有啲技巧，同學們花咗唔少時間都未掌握到。作為老師，見到佢哋咁努力，我心裏面都有啲着急，甚至開始懷疑係咪自己教得唔夠好。
Some of the techniques took quite a while to master. Watching them struggle, I started questioning myself as a teacher. Was I not explaining clearly enough? Was I somehow failing them?

但奇妙嘅事情發生了！一個接一個，大家突然開竅，慢慢掌握到技巧！花朵一朵比一朵靚，信心亦慢慢返晒嚟！
And then, something wonderful happened! One by one, things suddenly clicked! The flowers started blooming beautifully, confidence grew, and the results were simply amazing!

望住枱上呢啲作品，我真係好感動，亦好為佢哋驕傲！
Looking at these masterpieces, I couldn't be prouder!

❤️ 今日最令我開心嘅，唔係蛋糕有幾靚，而係佢哋由頭到尾都冇放棄！
❤️ What makes me most proud isn't just how beautiful their cakes turned out, but that these ladies persevered, pushed through their frustrations, and never gave up!

或者，呢個就係教學最令人感動、最有滿足感嘅地方。見證學生由「我做唔到」變成「原來我做得到！」❤️
And perhaps that's what makes teaching so rewarding. Witnessing that beautiful moment when "I can't do this" turns into "I did it!" ❤️

今日呢班初級班，真係令我好感動！
