N&S Algoo Licensed Customs Brokerage Services Inc. is seeking a dynamic, organized, and highly professional individual to join our growing team in the position of Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
* Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members
* Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
* Ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role
* Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English
* Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email Communication
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Professional appearance, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude

Funeral arrangements are as follows: Thursday 14th May 2026 at the Vreed-en-Hoop Masjid Auditorium from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., followed by the Janazah prayer at 3:00 p.m. at the Crane Burial Ground.
