⚓️ Posidonia 2026 Closes on a High
After five remarkable days of meaningful connections, industry dialogue, and collaboration, Posidonia 2026 has concluded, reaffirming its position as the world's leading maritime exhibition and a key meeting point for the global shipping community.
This record-breaking edition welcomed more than 35,000 visitors and over 2,200 exhibiting companies from over 80 countries & territories, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, innovators and maritime professionals at a pivotal moment for global shipping.
Throughout the week, discussions focused on some of the industry's most pressing challenges and opportunities, including decarbonisation, maritime security, geopolitical developments, digitalisation and the future of global trade.
The event ended with the highly anticipated press conference of the Union of Greek Shipowners, led by President Melina Travlos, providing a fitting conclusion to an exhibition that once again placed Greece and Greek shipping at the centre of the global maritime dialogue.
More than an exhibition, Posidonia 2026 served as a platform for collaboration, strategic thinking and international engagement at a time when shipping continues to play a critical role in maintaining global connectivity, economic stability and supply chain resilience.
